We are living in an interesting time of change and transformation. Some of us are awakening to the reality that our lives’ events are leading us into our own personal healing.

This can be a frightening experience if we have not been given the tools of self-mastery necessary to move through the changes that are upon us.  My mindfulness-based psychotherapy practice is devoted to the sharing of these powerful transformational tools.

By learning how to listen to our innate wisdom, which is accessible to us 24 hours a day, we have the the ability to release our mental loops and emotional behavioral patterns that keep us stuck in tension and dis-ease. Our own awareness of ourselves can move us into greater states of fulfillment, clarity and creativity.

The voice of the body is an alive intelligence and is constantly communicating with us about us.  If we learn to listen to this wisdom, we can learn to address and transform the symptoms of dis-ease into a creative and passionate life.

Mission Statement

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I wish to provide the sacred space for you to explore your true nature.   In doing so, you liberate yourself from the thoughts and beliefs that keep you from your highest potentials of joy, harmony and fulfillment. I believe our true self is calling us, waiting to be found.   This meeting with one’s Self is the gift that we all came here to receive. Once received, it rains gifts to those around us.
